Canyon Lake Land Investments, Inc. was founded by Bruce & Norma Jean Usrey, who are both Realtor-Brokers, to handle high-end Texas Hill Country properties for personal investments and for a small group of investors that were personal friends.

The demand for Texas Hill Country properties was so great that we formed a Real Estate Division called CLLI Real Estate to serve a larger client base.
